Key Responsibilities:
- Execute pressure washing, painting, and general upkeep to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the properties.
- Inform the Maintenance Supervisor regarding any repair requirements in apartments, models, the clubhouse, and communal areas.
- Ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and management.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional service to residents and contribute to a vibrant community.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is mandatory.
