Job Description

As a Business Analyst at iSoftTek Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience with a strong technical background
  • Knowledge of Contact Center technologies such as Genesys, Nice, Amazon Connect, Kore.AI or other Conversational AI Platforms
  • Experience working across multiple time zones
  • Ability to articulate functional requirements using technology terms to development teams
  • Good documentation and presentation skills
