Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Project Coordinator to join our team at Recruiting Support. As an HR Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert and resource to the HR team in areas including compensation analysis, performance management, and recruitment services.
  • Implementing web-based HR technology platforms and leading change management and training programs.
  • Providing guidance on HR policies and processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including training programs and employee communications.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of business experience with three years in a HR-related role.
  • HR Certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
  • Two or more years corporate recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills.
  • Works with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent service delivery skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities.
