Job Summary

The Takeout Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring timely and safe food delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food to customers in a safe and timely manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Load and unload food from personal vehicle, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Perform basic takeout duties, side work, and cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Able to pass company criteria for delivery, including motor vehicle inspections and driving record standards.
  • Ability to read a map or navigate various routes, and possess a current Food Handler's Card (where applicable).
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a team environment.
