This position entails managing claims processing, evaluation, and investigation while ensuring adherence to the latest claim processing protocols. You will be responsible for upholding exceptional standards of accuracy and efficiency in your tasks, in addition to assisting Claims Management with various initiatives as needed.
Compensation: $32.26/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the department's claims inventory and efficiently resolve edit queues.
- Effectively utilize the claims processing system.
- Consistently meet production and quality benchmarks.
- Promptly address call tracking inquiries.
- Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in medical claims processing.
- Skilled in using claims processing software.
- Familiarity with medical coding and terminology.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in PC applications and MS Office Suite.
