Job Overview:


Corporate Flight Service Specialists (CFSS) report directly to the Chief Flight Attendant and are responsible for a range of services that ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of Bank of America associates and their clients.

This role involves traveling globally on corporate aircraft and executing all aspects of cabin service.
Accountable for maintaining the highest standards of safety and service related to passenger and cabin safety, medical needs, meal service, and special requests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide essential cabin safety support, including emergency briefings and response protocols.
2. Attend to the care and comfort of passengers aboard the corporate aircraft.

3. Plan and source innovative meals that cater to specific dietary requirements, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and stored before each flight.

4. Exhibit excellent customer relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and prioritize passenger service needs while managing onboard operations.

5. Execute additional duties as required.

6. Maintain thorough knowledge of all cabin systems, technology, and appliances, ensuring they are in optimal condition for flight.


Required Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is preferred, particularly in Corporate Aviation – Part 91 settings.
2. Proficiency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical training.
3. Certification from an accredited Flight Attendant training organization (e.g., MedAire, Flight Safety International, FACTS).
4. Experience in providing cabin service for large corporate aircraft, including systems, technology, catering, and food preparation.

5. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage comfortably with senior executives, ensuring a controlled cabin environment.

6. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment when interacting with executives and passengers.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of Food Safety protocols.
8. Willingness to travel on long-duration international flights.

9. Must reside within a reasonable distance of the primary airport or be open to relocation.
