Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Stoneham, MA.

Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work with students in a middle to high school setting, providing individualized support and services to help them achieve their goals. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with youth will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 services to students, including life skills training and behavioral support
  • Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and support student progress
  • Assist the lead teacher with daily tasks and support the behavioral department
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Strong ABA experience with youth
  • Additional ABA-related certifications are strongly preferred
  • Previous school experience is preferred but not required
