Job Title: Branch Manager

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our rental business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Manage the rental fleet and logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of equipment to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in the rental industry, with a strong background in sales and operations
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record history
