Branch Director

• Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Manage branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions
• Manage personnel matters, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, preferably in the equipment rental industry
• Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with experience in outside sales preferred
• Effective leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
• Knowledge of business accounting principles and budget preparation
