  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to deliver informed support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment that fosters growth and development
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on empathy and active listening
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
