Global Chemical Manufacturer based in Akron, OH

is seeking a

Finance Operations and Reporting Manager

to enhance their financial operations on a permanent direct-hire basis.

This role will focus on

analyzing, interpreting, and presenting

cost data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of

manufacturing cost accounting principles, exceptional

analytical capabilities, and the aptitude to collaborate effectively across various departments and

locations.

The position will report to the Global Operations Controller located in Akron, Ohio.

Work will primarily be

on-site in Akron (hybrid: 3-4 days per week in office)

with additional days working remotely.

Local candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain various monthly

Reporting and Analytical Tools (Excel and/or PowerBI).
- Review plant

Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Conduct Account Reconciliations

and

Journal Entries.
- Manage

Budget & Forecast

models for

multiple manufacturing and warehouse sites.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and cost structures

to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience

in supply chain finance, operations finance, and/or corporate accounting roles.

SAP
experience is required (S/4 Hana preferred).
- Advanced Excel

skills are essential (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, linking multiple files, etc.).
- Experience in a manufacturing

environment is highly preferred.
- Multi-site

experience is advantageous.
- International

experience would be a significant plus.
