Job Title: CaregiverAbout the Role:

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living
  • Attend to individual care needs and get to know resident preferences and personalities
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care and service
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates
  • Ensure community compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies
  • Respond to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
