Medication Care Manager Job at Sunrise Senior Living

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medication and providing excellent care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration and resident interactions
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate medication records
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Report any concerns or incidents related to medication administration
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary depending on state or provincial regulations
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
