In this role, you will work closely with seasoned agents, gaining practical knowledge and experience. As a Future Agency Owner or Agent Protégé, you will have the potential for unlimited earnings based on your sales performance, while learning the ins and outs of the insurance business.

Protégé Program Benefits:

Key Responsibilities
As a Future Agency Owner, you will -- Learn to sell property, casualty, and life insurance products.
- Obtain necessary Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health.
- Generate leads and prospect through various channels.
- Assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Present and clarify policies, coverage, and premiums.
- Assist clients with the application process and necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and offer ongoing customer support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
- Build client relationships for renewals and referrals.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Complete the comprehensive Protégé training program prior to agency launch.
- Spend 7-18 months in the Protégé role, based on individual progress.
- Follow set sales and growth goals to ensure continuous development.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications
