Infant Toddler Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team at Discovery Isle Preschool in Oceanside, California.

Job Summary:

The Infant Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for infants and toddlers, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our proprietary curriculum, which is literacy-based and structured, but also flexible to accommodate individual needs and interests.
  • Develop and lead activities that promote learning and play, while ensuring a balance between structured and unstructured time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build relationships with families and the community.
  • Comply with all company and state-specific standards, maintaining validation of required credentials for the position.
  • Meet state-specific education requirements, holding one of the following:
    • 12 Units in Early Childhood Education + Infant Toddler ECE Units
    • High School Diploma or GED and some experience with children
