Job Opportunity: Infant Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a qualified Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team at Discovery Isle Preschool in Oceanside, California.

Job Summary:

The Infant Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for infants and toddlers, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our proprietary curriculum, which is literacy-based and structured, but also flexible to accommodate individual needs.
  • Develop activities that cater to students' interests and needs, ensuring instructional decisions are based on their interests and needs.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to build relationships and ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
  • Complies with all state-specific education requirements.
  • Must have one of the following:
    • 12 Units in Early Childhood Education + PLUS INFANT TODDLER ECE UNITS
    • High School Diploma or GED and some experience with children.
