Role Summary


The Logistics Specialist II is responsible for preparing our products for distribution to our operational teams. This role involves executing various tasks to ensure timely shipping, ensuring that the correct components reach the appropriate team members to serve our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities


As a Logistics Specialist II, you will:

  • Operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers, capable of reaching heights of up to 40 feet.
  • Engage in daily warehousing activities, including pallet breakdown and preparation of materials.
  • Utilize handheld RF scanners for receiving, picking, shipping, or locating inventory.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and secure workspace through regular housekeeping practices.
  • Construct steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
  • Assist with unloading tractor trailers manually.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications


To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience operating MHE equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, or reach trucks.
  • Ability to safely operate equipment while adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations, with a weight limit of 300 pounds for certain equipment.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving repetitive lifting or moving of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions and maintaining a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
