Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across client sites. The Sales Executive will also conduct site evaluations and promote additional services as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships by responding to service requests and collaborating with operational teams to ensure service delivery; develop documentation to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Engage with clients daily through phone, email, and site visits; address client concerns and implement solutions; coordinate resources and set deadlines to ensure service compliance.
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to guarantee cleanliness, client satisfaction, and adherence to contractual obligations; communicate findings to Operations Managers and follow up on action items.
- Promote and sell additional services to current clients; negotiate service pricing effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing and ensure timely payment processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the janitorial or related service industry.
- At least two (2) years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Participation in our 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility criteria.
- Paid holidays, sick days, and personal days.
- Accrued vacation time at a rate of 3.08 hours biweekly, with unused vacation paid out as required by law.
