We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Applied Behavior Analysis Line Technician to join our team at Behavior Teaching Concepts, LLC. As an ABA Line Technician, you will work directly with clients aged 18 months to adult, providing individualized care and implementing behavior reduction and acquisition treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one care to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and other therapists to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data to inform treatment planning and outcomes measurement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry clients using adaptive equipment (up to 50 pounds).
  • Must be able to assume and maintain various postures for extended periods.
