We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Behavior Teaching Concepts, LLC.
Job OverviewThis position involves working directly with children aged 18 months to adult to implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one care to clients in a supportive and structured environment.
- Implement behavior reduction and acquisition treatment plans developed by BCBA.
- Accompany clients on community and social outings.
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive support.
- Collect, record, and summarize data to inform treatment plans.
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism is highly desirable.
- A caring and empathetic demeanor is essential for building strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
- The ability to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment (up to 50 pounds) is required.
- Must be able to assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between service locations.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and insurance in good standing.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
