Job Overview

Danfoss LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate order processing, and resolving customer issues promptly. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, as well as opportunities to join Employee Resource Groups. As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, order management, or customer service; ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
