We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Guide, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning in our preschool-age children.

Your Role

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Observing and understanding each child's physical, intellectual, and emotional needs
  • Preparing a beautiful and orderly environment that encourages concentration, independence, and deep learning
  • Cultivating independence and self-confidence by helping children develop practical skills and literacy
  • Providing individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development
  • Forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a community of respect
  • Communicating and collaborating with parents to provide the best possible support for every child
