Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary Hometown Preschool is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Lead Teacher in our Infant/Toddler program, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes learning and exploration
Supervise and monitor the safety of children
Provide basic care and support to children, including feeding, changing, and maintaining a clean and healthy environment
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment
Perform sensory, music, and movement activities to promote physical and cognitive development

Requirements:
Introduction to the Child Care Profession and Skills Strategies for the Child Care Professional (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Infant/Toddler Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Early Childhood experience preferred
CPR/First Aid, Shaken Baby, SIDS training (upon employment)
Ability to work as a supportive member of our team
Must be 18 or older to apply
