Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Work closely with patients and their families to educate them on disease management and treatment options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis care is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
