New Home Sales Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Sales Associate to join our team at Hayden Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout their home-building journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the home building/buying process.
  • Meet with potential buyers and guide them through the requirements needed to build a Simplicity Home on their lot(s).
  • Collaborate with customers and senior project managers to gather important information from jurisdictions and utility providers to determine if their property is buildable.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of information in the contract and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Utilize marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local community and potential home buyers to generate adequate traffic and sales.
  • Participate in recurring sales training via our proprietary sales enablement platform, as well as in-person training.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team and present quarterly business plans to our builder partners to meet given sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role.
  • Intermediate experience in sales, construction, customer service, and build-on-your-lot real estate experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and current liability insurance required.
  • Reliable transportation required to facilitate travel throughout the workday.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual base salary and commission.
  • Income Earning Potential: $100,000 - $175,000.
