Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill a sales position with our company, Lamarque Agency. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for calling clients, qualifying, and setting up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom to help them apply for an insurance policy.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven, with a passion for helping families. We offer a warm lead system, mentoring, and complete control and autonomy of your schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a commission-based sales position with a 5% raise in commission every two months based on production.
  • Agents will call clients, qualify, and set up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for an insurance policy.
  • Must hold a Life insurance license or be willing to obtain one with help from Symmetry.
  • Access to the internet and Zoom capabilities is required.

Compensation:

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available, and we offer online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship. The average commission is around $500-$600 per application, with full-time agents writing about 5 or more applications per week.

  • Part-time agents make approximately $30k-$60k+ in their first year.
  • Full-time agents make approximately $80k-$190k+ in their first year.
  • Agency owners, who have been working for a few years, generate a passive income of $200k-$500k+ per year.

Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
