Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Call-Taking and Dispatching: Respond to emergency calls, assess situations, and dispatch emergency medical services as needed.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with callers, emergency responders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and care.
  • Medical Knowledge and Triage: Utilize medical knowledge to triage calls, provide pre-arrival instructions, and determine the level of care required.

Requirements
