**Key Responsibilities**

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence

  • Greet visitors, students, and faculty members

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of Windows operating system and computer software systems
