Key Responsibilities:
A typical day for a Shuttle Driver includes:
- Responding promptly to guest requests for shuttle services on the property.
- Driving the shuttle in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttle bus and reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor or maintenance manager.
- Providing guests with daily updates on mountain conditions, weather forecasts, ski trails, lift access points, and dining options available on the property in a courteous manner.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests at all times.
- Answering inquiries and offering directions as needed.
Qualifications:
This role may be suitable for you if:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have completed a high school diploma or obtained a GED.
- You are available to work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- You are interested in a customer service-oriented role, possess excellent communication skills, and can engage with guests in a friendly manner.
- You hold a valid Michigan driver's license; a CDL license is preferred but not mandatory.
