About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for expediting orders, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Review and enter sales orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or facsimile, providing prompt and knowledgeable support.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence and order details.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and materials coordination.
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent, or a High School diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Please note that this role requires sitting for extended periods, maneuvering around the office, lifting up to 20 pounds, and operating office equipment efficiently.
