Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC units, including replacing filters and cleaning coils.

  • Perform minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations.

  • Assist with lock changes, lockouts, and door replacements.
  • Operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Maintain the organization and upkeep of the maintenance shop and inventory.
  • Track service requests and maintenance work performed through software systems.
  • Assist with maintaining the grounds, interior, and exterior common areas, and pools.
  • Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on daily and weekly priorities.
  • Be available for emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Requirements:
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM (hours may vary slightly); time spent between two neighboring properties.
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license.
  • Availability for emergencies as needed.
