Job Summary

Mission Box Solutions is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will administer radiation therapy treatments and simulations with minimal supervision, adhering to the prescription and instructions provided by the radiation oncologist.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiation therapy treatments and simulations
  • Contribute to treatment planning procedures, including tumor localization and dosimetry
  • Establish partnerships and work collectively to achieve common goals
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver solutions centered around their needs
  • Actively learn through experimentation, utilizing both successes and failures as learning opportunities
  • Employ feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop and deliver clear communications tailored to diverse audiences
  • Make timely and effective decisions to propel organizational progress
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiation Therapy Technology
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or treatment center environment
  • ARRT, RT (R), registration or registry eligibility
  • Completion of requirements for registration within the first year of employment
  • Possession of a current Medical Radiologic Technologist certificate with the Texas Medical Board or initiation of the application process before hire for new graduates in training
