Job Overview

Morton Community Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to all customers by processing transactions, managing cash, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments and money transfers.
  • Manage cash and balances in the cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote MCB's products and services, including bank cards and checks.
  • Perform specialized tasks, such as preparing cashier's checks and exchanging foreign currency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Relevant computer skills.
