Position: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

Soliant is in search of a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our educational team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about enhancing the communication skills of students and is committed to making a positive impact in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Perform assessments and evaluations to gauge students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Design and execute tailored therapy plans that address the unique needs of each student.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to promote optimal student outcomes.
  • Track and evaluate students' progress, modifying therapy plans as necessary.
  • Keep precise and current records of therapy sessions and student advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Possession of a valid state license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school environment is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
