The Role

We're seeking a skilled After School Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll motivate TK/K-6th grade students through social-emotional learning and enrichment activities. Your responsibilities will include leading lessons designed to increase excitement about learning, assisting with homework completion, and ensuring student safety during outdoor activities.

About You

We're looking for a candidate with experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids. You should be able to understand and implement engaging lesson plans, effectively support kids' behavioral management needs, and connect with students to foster positive learning experiences. If you're a confident leader, a positive role model, and comfortable utilizing online platforms for training and resources, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete a Live-Scan background check.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school.
