We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician to join our team at The Fountain Group. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for working with our engineering team to ensure the successful completion of test requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to design and implement test fixtures and procedures.
- Build and test electronic assemblies and components, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
- Record and analyze test data, maintaining accurate records of test results.
- Perform rework and repair of electronic components and assemblies as needed.
- Install and maintain test equipment and instrumentation.
- Contribute to a clean and organized lab environment, managing equipment and supplies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of electronics and circuitry.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
