Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician to join our team at The Fountain Group. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for working with our engineering team to ensure the successful completion of test requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement test fixtures and procedures.
  • Build and test electronic assemblies and components, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
  • Record and analyze test data, maintaining accurate records of test results.
  • Perform rework and repair of electronic components and assemblies as needed.
  • Install and maintain test equipment and instrumentation.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized lab environment, managing equipment and supplies.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of electronics and circuitry.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
