  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the state of Virginia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Work Schedule:

This is a PRN position, requiring 2-3 weekend shifts per month, plus one major and one minor holiday.
