We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospice RN Clinical Branch Director to join our team at Frontier Home Health and Hospice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of terminal care, including pain and symptom management, and supervising a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of terminal care, including pain and symptom management
- Supervise a team of staff members, including nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Oversee service coordination and case management
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in community awareness and education programs to promote hospice care
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience within the past 36 months
- One year of experience in a hospice setting
- Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing hospice operations
- Competent with computers
