Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a travel RRT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

This travel Registered Respiratory Therapist position is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension. You will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts, and have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families, including assessing, care planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner.
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment.
  • Basic PC skills, including Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment.
