Job Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Array. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Windows and VMware environments, ensuring system reliability and scalability across our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Windows servers and VMware infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage VMware environments to support virtualization, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and maintain hybrid environments that integrate on-premises systems with cloud infrastructure.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, responding to incidents to minimize downtime and ensure continuity.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices for Windows systems and virtual environments to protect against threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing Windows server environments, ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.
  • In-depth knowledge of VMware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance to support virtualized environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integrating on-premises Windows systems with cloud platforms seamlessly.
  • Expertise in managing Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS/DHCP configurations to support enterprise-level operations.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, patch management, and system hardening to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
  • Experience with monitoring and management tools like VMware vCenter, SCCM, and SolarWinds to proactively manage and troubleshoot system performance.
