About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our Managed Services team at Bowman Williams. As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing IT support for Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure.
  • Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Previous MSP experience is required.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of handling escalated tickets through ConnectWise.
  • Expertise in the deployment, automation, and support of all things within the Windows environment and M365 suite.
