Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional, personalized care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing - Required
  • Bachelors' degree in Nursing - Preferred
  • At least six (6) months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a direct patient care setting
  • Valid licensure in the State of Texas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or COMPACT LICENSE
  • Certifications: BLS - Required, ACLS within 6 months of hire if needed
