About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a PICU RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill or surgical pediatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide intensive nursing care and continuous monitoring of breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical technologies and best practices
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in the PICU
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility/unit
