Revenue Growth Strategist

Hampton Inn Draper is a premier hotel located in the heart of Draper, UT. We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our dynamic sales team.
About the Role
This full-time director position works regular business hours and may be on-call and work weekends as needed. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy rates. You will develop and implement innovative sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition and ensure the hotel's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to increase bookings and revenue* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions* Manage group bookings and cater to transient travelers* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a sales leader, with prior hotel sales experience* Proficient in managing/using sales automation (DELPHI) & PMS systems* Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, based on industry standards and location. This figure includes a base salary and potential bonuses for meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
