Position Summary:
We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in the Corpus Christi region. In this role, you will utilize your HVAC expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain a diverse range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Work Arrangement: This position allows for remote work within the designated geography, with dispatch from your residence to various locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests for commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including:
    • Start-up and commissioning of Trane controls and HVAC systems.
    • Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC equipment, including split systems, package units, and chillers.
    • Optimizing building control systems for improved efficiency.
    • Executing replacements and modifications of HVAC systems as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using handheld devices.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Preferred: EPA Certification.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Must wear safety equipment, including helmets and goggles, while performing job duties.
  • Physical capabilities include twisting, squatting, reaching overhead, and standing for extended periods.
  • Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs. and occasional lifting of more than 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable accessing rooftops and maneuvering in confined spaces.
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions and physical demands.
