HVAC Superintendent

IES Residential, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling, installation, punch, and inspection process on all phases of construction.
• Complete all necessary paperwork as required.
• Plan and coordinate equipment commissioning/warranty repairs.
• Coordinate and schedule the day-to-day job activities for all field positions.
• Collaborate with the area manager when issues arise concerning builders, subcontractors, technicians, and helpers.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in New Construction Residential HVAC.
• Tradesmen License.
• EPA certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds.
• Bilingual is a plus.
