Job Title: IT Business Solutions Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our client in the financial industry in Jersey City, NJ.

This is a 12-month contract position.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement business solutions across PBMRT
  • Contribute to the design, development, and completion of project deliverables
  • Research and design solutions for work defined in the client's global project portfolio
  • Communicate designs to the development team to ensure they can be coded, tested, and integrated into the client's platform
  • Work with business users to prioritize work items
  • Analyze and understand existing data, job flows, and components
  • Assist in investigating production issues and provide solutions
  • Provide recommendations for new solutions to existing problems or challenges
  • Work with multiple teams in different locations and time zones
  • Document solutions to issues and business and testing requirements using JIRA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and above
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in the banking industry
  • Financial/Banking domain knowledge and product experience
  • Business Analyst experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, comfortable working with different levels of management, high attention to detail
  • Sense of ownership and personally vested in the success of the project
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines
  • Experience participating in large or complex projects
  • Proficient in data management to include strong data analytical capability
  • Able to engage and leverage teams and business partners to efficiently deliver business solutions
  • Application experience such as RDBMS, SQL (Python is a plus)

Pay Range:

$46.44
