Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of system analysis and design
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile concepts
  • Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, open collaboration, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with previous ability working in globally located team situations, understanding and demonstrating sensitivity toward cultural differences
  • Ability to cultivate networks throughout an organization to gather support and build a foundation for future influence
  • Solid understanding of Commercial Insurance
  • Knowledge of insurance policy transactions and lifecycles
  • Solid understanding of data models/table structures with previous ability to create/implement SQL, conduct data analysis, and provide conclusions
  • Familiarity with Web-services, XML, JSON, and API a plus
