Co-Manager

Windsor Fashions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Manager to join our team. As a Co-Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a team of fashion-loving Assistant Managers and Stylists.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
- Coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.
- Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into behaviors.
- Support the Store Manager in finding and retaining great talent.
- Organize and plan in detail to get the job done.
- Lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy store in compliance with Windsor's Visual Guidelines.
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates.
- Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings.
- Flexible and reliable schedule.
