  • Conducts field operations related to Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) services.

  • Ensures compliance with necessary documentation in accordance with DOT regulations for equipment operations.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of CPT drilling equipment, including semi-tractor and trailer.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills:

  • Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting various business publications, professional journals, technical guidelines, or governmental regulations.
  • Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from management, clients, and the public.
  • Skilled in identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing logical conclusions.
  • Competent in troubleshooting data discrepancies and implementing cost-effective solutions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50% to 75% of the time.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working on a drilling rig or CPT rig.
  • Must possess a Class A CDL or the ability to obtain one within three months.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have completed 40-hour Hazmat Training or be able to complete it within six months of employment.
